1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the management of the madani99 platform ("madani99", "we", "Platform"). By accessing, registering or using any services provided by madani99, you agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

madani99 is an online casino platform operating under an international licence, offering a wide range of games including online slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and arcade games. The platform is intended for adult users in Malaysia aged 21 and above.

This Agreement shall be read together with the madani99 Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between those documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use madani99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently prohibited from participating in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not representing any third party or corporate entity when opening a personal account.
• Not have had an account at madani99 previously closed for violating the Terms & Conditions.

Users who register through the Platform automatically confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information about age or identity is a serious violation that may result in permanent account termination.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of balances held within them.

During the registration process, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, mobile phone number, valid email address, and other required details. madani99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) for verification purposes.

• Account passwords must be kept confidential at all times.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur through their accounts.
• madani99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
• Any suspicious or unauthorised access must be reported to the madani99 support team immediately.

Registered accounts are for personal use only. Users are not permitted to transfer, sell or disclose access to their accounts to any other party.

4 Deposits and Payments

madani99 accepts deposits through the following local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments, which are converted at the current rate.

madani99 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers. Users are encouraged to keep proof of transactions for reference should any payment dispute arise.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same account as the deposit method used, subject to security checks and identity verification if required.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is received. However, this period may be longer in certain situations such as document verification or additional security checks.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account in the name of the registered user.
• madani99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for investigation purposes if account activity shows suspicious patterns.
• Users must ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Funds that have been approved for withdrawal cannot be reused for betting.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

madani99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

The madani99 welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit of up to RM1,500. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 for a total balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically hedging bets using bonus funds, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — all of which are violations that may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

madani99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions that have already been received and are currently being wagered are not affected by such changes unless specifically stated.

7 User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to use the madani99 platform in a responsible, lawful and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the madani99 platform:

• Fraud, identity impersonation or providing misleading information to the platform.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity using the platform.
• Use of bots, automated scripts or any tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Interference with the platform's technical operations or attempts to access systems without authorisation.
• Collusion with other players in games that require competition or independent strategy.
• Any action that violates applicable laws or regulations.

madani99 uses advanced fraud detection technology. Any attempt to manipulate the system will be detected and reported to the relevant authorities where necessary, in line with our legal compliance obligations.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

madani99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Player protection concerns, including self-exclusion requests from the user themselves.

Users may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the madani99 customer support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the madani99 platform, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team first via live chat or email to seek an early resolution.

madani99 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. All game outcomes recorded by madani99 servers are considered final and binding, unless a verifiable technical error is proven.

In cases where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties may refer to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by madani99's international licensing authority. This process is free of charge for users and is neutral in nature.

All dispute-related communications must be made in writing via the platform's official email. Claims submitted more than 90 days after the date of the disputed incident may not be considered.

10 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

madani99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the madani99 platform after any amendments take effect is considered acceptance of the revised terms by the user. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or set aside to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
